HOT WINGS!

Okay! Wow! It's been a while. I recently had to move to Las Vegas, NV for the summer and I work the most ridiculous schedule, so I haven't had much time for cooking; actually, I haven't had any at all. But, now that I am finally used to my schedule, I have had the fortune to return to what I love; cooking.

These wings are SUPER easy. Literally you could have a three year old make these (for the most part).

You'll Need:
Chicken Wings (whatever "cut" you prefer)
Hot sauce (I love Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce)
2 large Ziploc Bags

Combine your chicken and however much sauce it takes to cover them, with a little extra.
Shake, Shake, Shake
(I have an extreme urge to say "Shake and Bake" here..but I'll refrain)

It should like this this.
Let that marinade in the refrigerator over night!
If you're improvising dinner, let it sit for about an hour and you should be good to go.

When you're ready to cook, give it an extra shake, and open your bags
Be careful! the chicken may have poked holes in the first bag
(this is why you double bag)

Dump the contents of the bag into a large skillet
(preferably with a lid)

Cook until the meat is done.
I wouldn't suggest the cut that I used, it's hard to manipulate and eat, but it was the only thing the store had... I forgot to mention I hate Las Vegas grocery stores.

The sauce that's missing is the amount I used, so not too much to cover them.

The finished product.
Never mind that the one looks beaten to death! I used that one as my tester to see if the meat was cooked.

As Always, Enjoy
(and hopefully I'll be able to cook a little more)
